A little extra about me:
I have been writing for 18 years to this current day, with the majority of my work in world-building. I am a gamer and moviegoer, with a love for being outdoors.

I have an older sister and a younger brother, and I grew up with them alongside my Grandma and my Mom. I owe all of them so much, but mainly a huge thank you for putting up with me and my persistence in this career.
Favorite Film/Book: Lord of the Rings
Favorite Game: Skyrim + Total War
Favorite place I have been: Tenessee
How I got here:
Growing up, I was always encouraged to keep an open mind and embrace my creativity. You could say the first indication of my writing potential came in grade school, where I found it more difficult and frustrating to write non-fiction. In 5th grade, I read the Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien and it was after this I decided I wanted to explore writing further. I meddled around with small stories for the next few years but didn't commit to anything seriously.
My first year of middle school in 2010 changed this. This is when I stopped writing small stories and began World-Building. It all started with a single character, James Covingston, and just expanded from there. I enjoyed what I was doing and what I was learning, but I had one problem.
I had no idea what I was going to do with everything I was creating. I took novels more seriously and even started a few, but I remained consistently drawn to stop and world-build, making the novel-writing process longer. Every time I felt like I was entering undeveloped territory, I would spend weeks developing it.
Now, 18 years later, I have found a way to make use of all that writing. Films.
And thus, starting in late 2018, I decided to learn how to write film scripts. I began on my own, and just recently (started Janurary 2020) began to take an online class for screenwriting at Yavapai College.
